In the context of its mission – to promote arbitration in general – the NAI organises various arbitration courses every year. These courses are open to all individuals interested in NAI arbitration. As a principle, however, the Basic Course for NAI arbitrators must be completed before any other course may be taken. 

On Friday 23 November 2018 the one-day NAI Basis Course will take place (in Dutch).

During this course the basics of arbitration will be explained as well as, more in depth, the NAI Arbitration Rules. Everyone with a practice in (NAI) arbitration as lawyer, technical or financial expert, arbitrator, secretary, expert or otherwise is welcome to attend.

You can earn 6 permanent education points for the ‘Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten’.

Placement is done in sequence of registration. After registration you will receive a written notice whether you have been placed and the training material will be sent to you.
